Meditation: 10 minutes
Being mindful of the present (5 minutes)
Feelings come and go,
like clouds in a windy sky.

Visualization (3 minutes)
Exercise: 10 minutes of aerobic exercise, plus knee raise 50 reps each, push ups 30 reps, sit-ups 30 reps, hand grips 15 reps each, biceps 20 reps each
Fruits/Nuts: at least two types of fruits plus nuts daily.
Reading: 10 minutes of personal development book
Writing: 10 minutes If you cannot write out what you really want in life, you will never know it clearly enough.
Note: Whenever possible, do it early in the morning. At all times, make it a habit to wake up the moment your alarm clock goes off. This tells your mind that you are ready to face the day.
