An important question to ask our selves

Whenever we have to decide if we should or should not go ahead with something we ought to do but we feel is too trivial and yet annoying enough to bother us if we skip it, I think we should ask ourselves, "If I can't even bring myself to do this task for 10 to 20 mins, what hope do I have to attain the related goals that I have set out to achieve?"

I have come to believe that all the things you do and all the thoughts you think are somehow ultimately related to your goals.

As the saying goes, "How you do anything is how you would do everything."

Stop giving ourselves excuses.
