Heard a very good talk recently...
Student asked the teacher how to be good at what he does.
Teacher said, "When you are walking, walk. When you are eating, eat. When you are sleeping, sleep.
Student asked, "But how does this make me better than the rest? Isn't that what everyone else is doing also?"
Teacher replied, "The problem with most of us is that when we are supposed to be sleeping, we think of what is past or worry about what is yet to happen. When we are supposed to be eating, we start texting or emailing our friends. When we are supposed to be emailing our friends, we watch YouTube. When we are at work, we think about our family. When we are at home, we think about our work."
